Integrate selected comptroller and municipal feeds with source-specific adapters. Preserve contract IDs, modifications, vendor identifiers, and data coverage.
Link federal grants to pass-through entities before joining local expenditures. Never add a federal transfer and its subsequent local expenditure as two independent dollars.

The federal award explorer shows federally reported awards by state. State and local own-source contract systems are separate; this platform provides portals and national finance aggregates rather than a complete state-contract ledger.
